1. Include payment by check, money order, cash or credit card information. All amounts are in US dollars. Orders are held until payment is received.

4. The price for each program or document is listed with that item. Refer back to the item to find the price.
5. Delivery and Handling:
   • There is no delivery charge if you download the item from our web site or have acquired the software in some other way. If you want us to send you the item, there are fees to cover shipping and handling.
   • If you want us to you the package add $5
   • If you want us to ship you a disk or printed output add:
     • $10 - within USA
     • $15 - outside USA
6. If you are located in Florida, add 6% sales tax. You are responsible for all other taxes.
