SloMo Movement and Meditation offers a meditative slow movement flow—similar in pace to Tai Chi—infused with the creativity, personalization, and movement language of Nia. Simple yet powerful, this practice helps calm the body and mind while developing patience, mobility, strength, and balance.
Pause, connect, and let your breath and the natural surroundings guide you into stillness. This gentle flow, inspired by Tai Chi, yoga, Nia, and meditation, concludes with a seated meditation to ease you into the weekend with a sense of calm and clarity.
We will gather at the Thomas Center Gardens, by the main water fountain.
Please bring a yoga mat and, if you have one, a meditation cushion or folding chair for added comfort.

SloMo Movement and Meditation offers a meditative slow movement flow—similar in pace to Tai Chi—infused with the creativity, personalization, and movement language of Nia. Simple yet powerful, this practice helps calm the body and mind while developing patience, mobility, strength, and balance.
Pause, connect, and let your breath and the natural surroundings guide you into stillness. This gentle flow, inspired by Tai Chi, yoga, Nia, and meditation, concludes with a seated meditation to ease you into the weekend with a sense of calm and clarity.
We will gather at the Thomas Center Gardens, by the main water fountain.
Please bring a yoga mat and, if you have one, a meditation cushion or folding chair for added comfort.
