Israeliness

Israeliness is a unique, 100% Israeli-style Sunday family experience. Moms, dads and kids will be fully immersed in Hebrew and contemporary Israeli culture, while enjoying an outstanding range of activities including music, storytelling, arts and crafts, Jewish holiday celebrations, special events, the 92nd Street Y's spectacular GymMaze and much more.

Parents and kids will experience a delightful desert-themed afternoon on Sunday, February 10, 3:30-5:30pm at the 92nd Street Y.

We will offer 3 Hebrew-based activities for kids:
The Blue Room: Create your own desert landscapes, animals and sand bottles using desert earth and other materials in our Arts & Crafts room.
The Yellow Room: Gather around our makeshift 'bonfire' and sing along to classic Israeli kumzitz songs with our dynamic duo, Noah & Sharon.
The Red Room: "GymMaze" - free play in the elaborate indoor play space with Hebrew-based activities (with a safe area for infants)
The activities are geared for the whole family with children up to age 6 (older siblings welcome).

The initial pilot phase of our program is running for 10 sessions starting January 13, each on a Sunday from 3:30-5:30pm at the 92nd Street Y. Tickets are purchased separately for each session.

Families with 1 Child Over 14 months: $18
Families with 2-4 Children Over 14 Months: $25
