Serendipity 4: Bridge to Peace New York Debut

With singer/actor Theodore Bikel, Dutch singer/ storyteller Shura Lipovsky, Bosnian accordionist Merima Kljuco, and international conductor/pianist Tamara Brooks World-renown artists will perform an eclectic concert of music from around the world highlighting Sephardic, Yiddish, Bosnian, Hebrew, and Greek musical traditions. Bridge to Peace is a celebration of both the diversity and commonality of culture. Bridge to Peace premiered in Holland and was performed at the Krakow Jewish Music Festival in 2005. The quartet will release a CD in spring 2008, and a documentary of Bridge to Peace is in production. This program is made possible, in part, through the generous support of Alex and Luna Kaufman.
