Exhibit on view through August 31, 2009 Israeli artist Irit Zohar, whose work has been exhibited at the Tel-Aviv Museum (Meirovich section) and countless other galleries, debuts in America with Painting in Action, a series of large, powerful, energetic works deeply influenced by her spirituality. Irit Zohar is both a sensual, creative, and spiritual artist and also a successful business woman. She owns the largest design studio in Israel, which specializes in branding and marketing design. Irit’s staff consists of six designers and she is responsible for hundreds of public works projects in places like Ben Gurion International Airport, Israeli Knesset, Nokia Arena (Israel’s national stadium), and hundreds more in Israel and abroad.
