Noa with Special Guest Mira Awad

Thu 6 May, 8 pm. 600 I Street, N.W., Washington, 20001. Jessica Krivoy, 202/408-3100. Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - [email][events]

Noa is Israel's leading international concert and recording artist. Having performed on some of the world’s greatest stages, including Carnegie Hall, Olympia in Paris, and Rome’s Colosseum, Noa has performed her songs in over 10 different languages. Her strongest influences come from the singer-songwriters of the 60s, like Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen. Combined with Noa's Yemenite roots and Gil Dor's (her long-time partner and collaborator) strong background in jazz, classical, and rock, their music is unlike anything you’ve heard before. Come see this legendary performer, along with the talented Mira Awad.

Admission: Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 on the day of the show. A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $55 and include reserved seating and a pre-event reception with the artists (on sale through May 4 at 11:59 pm).
