SJCC Mercer Island “Daughters of Iraq” follows three generations of Jewish women as they journey three places: Iraq in the early 20th Century, the new homeland of Israel, and Seattle. It is the story of love and roots and how the two are forever intertwined. The book won an award from the Iraqi Jewish Union. $5 admission; “Daughters of Iraq” book will be available for discounted price. Seating is limited; reservations are requested.
