Special Film Screening to benefit Boulder County AIDS Project. Please join the Program in Jewish Studies and our community partner, Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP), for a screening of a new documentary by directors David Weissman and Bill Weber. "We Were Here" Friday, June 3 6:30PM Boulder County Library Auditorium 1001 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder Cost: $15 (proceeds benefit BCAP) About the film: "We Were Here" is the first documentary to take a deep and reflective look back at the arrival and impact of AIDS in the U.S., using San Francisco as the backdrop. It explores how the city was affected by, and how the community responded to, that calamitous epidemic. Though a San Francisco-based story,this film extends beyond San Francisco and beyond AIDS itself
