Radical Islamists such as Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood and others do not accept Israel's right to exist. These groups are engaged in a concerted effort to destroy Israel militarily and demonize the Jewish people as a whole. This lecture will assess global Anti-Semitism in relation to international law, specifically the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, and the legal responsibility of nations that are signators to the document.
