Celebrate the Jewish holiday of Lag B’Omer with an afternoon of fun activities and field games at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Sunday, April 28. From 3-5pm, families with young children can enjoy the music of Ben Rudnick and Friends, haircuts courtesy of Supercuts, field games, face painting, hot potatoes, sing-a-longs and a camp fire. The event is free and open to the entire community.
