The event will feature over 250 different brands of olive oil from Italy, Greece, France, Israel, Chile, Argentina, Morocco, Spain, France, Turkey, and the United States. Complimentary products such as tomatoes, pesto, pasta, wine, truffles, vinegars, olives, tapas, cosmetics, breads, and organic food products. In addition to food sampling, the event will feature live music, dancing, cooking demonstrations, an olive oil tasting competition, a recipe contest. Additionally International sporting demonstrations such as Italian olive pit spitting, bocce ball, Israeli krav maga demos, Turkish olive oil wrestling and belly dancing.
