Reception 5:45 PM. Program 6:30 PM. The Women's Division of the Jewish Federation of the Greater East Bay will kick-off its 2003 Campaign year with Choices. More than 500 East Bay women will join together for this exciting event, featuring Deborah Lipstadt as our keynote speaker. The Federation will be debuting "Women of Distinction" in which local women will be honored for their exceptional contributions to
