14 sessions, two Wednesdays a month, thru April 9, 2003. Focuses on the basic skills of pedagogy, providing the Jewish educator with general educational theory within the framework of the Jewish classroom setting. Topics integrate theory and practice. Participants receive three credits towards licensure and the B’Yachad Resource manual.
