Kayak of the summer: Chestatee River

RSVP by 8/8/07. paddle down the river is approximately 6 miles on sit on top boats,where you might see birds,reptiles,deer,beaver & other animals along the way.t:Mansell Park & Ride of Ga. 400 (exit 8).e: 9:00 am leaders promise to wait 15 minutes before departing.:Wear your clothes for paddling,sun screen,bug spray, hat,water shoes,water,lunch(in a dry bag if you have one)&something to hold your glasses in place if you wear them. is a place for changing after the trip so bring a change of clothes if you wish.t:$25 for members &$30 for non members or join for $20 per year.e cash or checks,made out to Mosaic,ready when you arrive at Mansell Park and Ride on Sunday morning. shuttle fee if you have your own boat.
