Taize Community concert

The Taize Community will be singing for an hour. Taize is an ecumenical organization started by a Catholic Priest in southern France who hid Jews during the war. In our community, the group has always included Jewish reading with the singing of the Psalms. Programs often have a theme with biblical readings. At this service, Rabbi Jay will be reading from the Torah before the beautiful, participatory singing/chanting of the Psalms.
