Peter Kyle Dance presents an afternoon of new and recent dances including Know One, a work-in-progress with New York jazz trio the As-Is Ensemble that explores the fluid relationship between soloist, ensemble and an essential connection to one another. Kyle will also present the quartet Nearer, with a percussion score by Brad Wentworth performed live; Four Solos on the Divide, inspired by Willa Cather’s O Pioneers; and new episodes in the ongoing and popular Tiny Dance Film Series.
