Learn how to make two different kinds of this Middle Eastern treat. Amalia Levi is Greek and lived in Turkey for 12 years, where she was the founding curator of the Jewish Museum of Turkey. The cost of an individual class is $15 for members, $20 for non-members. These classes are limited to those in their 20s–30s. Birthright alumni may pay member fees for this class.
