“We’re delighted and especially proud to have teamed up with Costa Cruise Lines, Orlando Kosher Catering, and TravelPass to offer one
of the most comprehensive Kosher Cruises to the Caribbean for the 2006 season,” states Arlene Corsover, Assistant Regional Director of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
A complete kosher menu throughout the entire 7-night cruise features
authentic kosher cuisine freshly prepared on board by five-star chefs,
served on elegant china by Costa’s friendly and efficient service staff.
The Kosher program is under “Conservative supervision” and the direction of renowned specialty kosher caterer of the cruise industry, Orlando Kosher Catering.
Seating for the kosher program includes a separate section of the ship’s
beautiful dining room while enjoying the Sail-A-Way Buffet, all
breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as late night snacks. A private cocktail party with a full open bar and hot & cold kosher hors d’oeuvres is also a featured part of the itinerary.
The USCJ has planned an exciting and informative lecture series and
