Paul Krugmran in conversation with Bill Moyers. 2008 Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman is the op-ed columnist for The New York Times and author of the best seller The Conscience of a Liberal. He is one of the founders of the “new trade theory,” a major rethinking of the theory of international trade, for which he was awarded the John Bates Clark Medal by the American Economic Association. A professor of economics and international affairs at Princeton University, Krugman has written or edited 20 books and more than 200 papers in professional journals. Bill Moyers is an award-winning journalist and the host of Bill Moyers on PBS.
