Increase mobility and flexibility through simple creative movement, non-strenuous dance exercise and relaxation techniques. Class is tailored to the needs of the participants, including exercises for students with Parkinson’s, stroke, multiple sclerosis and other movement disorders. All ages and stages welcome. The Dance for Life program is designed to individualize dance and movement study for movers and boomers seeking positive and lasting change in their bodies. There is something for everyone wanting to develop a healthy, lifelong relationship with their body and its individual needs. Registration is for the full semester only. Ten-, five- and single-class cards are not valid for Dance for Life classes except for one-time trial classes.
