Please join us for our Jewish Yoga class every Wednesday from 11:30am-12:45pm (for a minimal fee) and on the first Sunday of the month from 12:00-1:15pm, for free. Rabbi Lisa Bellows and certified yoga instructor, Jayne Alenier, co-lead this reflective and centering yoga class that is infused with Jewish spirituality. Beginners and advanced students are welcome and this program is open to the community. You can bring your own mat if you have one but we have all materials you will need.
