Description: A Day-long Meditation Retreat with Seth Castleman-There are insights and transformations only possible in the stillness of retreat. Through the Jewish ages, sages and seekers have stepped out of the busyness of their lives and practiced meditation and contemplative prayer. In our tradition this is not an escape from the world, but a training for being an effective, wholesome part of the world. The day will include silent sitting, walking and eating meditations as well as contemplative prayer. Teachings and instructions will be provided and individual sessions with the teacher will be available. Appropriate for beginner and experienced meditators.
