This dynamic method of movement re-education provides the tools for reducing everyday stress through more efficient use of the body. Limit: 10 students. Enrollment is for the full course. Dance for Life classes are designed to individualize dance and movement study so the body can make positive, lasting change. Registration is for the semester only. 10-, 5- and single-class cards are not valid for Dance for Life classes, except for one-time trial classes.
