Sat 3 Apr, 8 pm. 600 I Street, N.W., Washington, 20001. Jessica Krivoy, 202/408-3100. Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - [email][events]

Bach Partitas Nos. 1, 2, and 3 From her 1995 International Yehudi Menuhin Competition win at age 11 to winning Gramophone Artist of the Year award in 2007, Julia Fischer has progressed from a young prodigy to one of the hottest artists on the world’s stages, “a phenomenal musician technically and emotionally” (The Sunday Telegraph). This performance is part of a new 3-part series – Encore. Save by purchasing series tickets here.

Admission: Tickets are $40. A $1.50 service fee is applied to all tickets. All seating is general admission. Seating is in pews (similar to benches) so there are not individual, chair-style seats. Seating is split between the ground floor and a balcony level. On the night of the event, will-call and ticket sales will end at 10:00 pm. No one will be permitted to enter the event after that time. Doors open at 7:00 pm.
