August 9, 2009 -May 2, 2010 Carved ritual objects made of fine and aged woods, including tzedakah boxes, Torah pointers, mizrach plates, mezuzot, dreidels, Torah arks, spice containers, and other works created by self-taught craftsman Herman Braginsky (1912-1999). These meticulously carved objects reveal an appreciation for Jewish tradition and sensitivity for color and material.
