Jewish, but not religious? Looking for a low-pressure Sunday School based on history, culture and ethics rather than on religion? Come meet the families of the Jewish Culture School, Saturday, June 12 at 5 p.m. at our community’s traditional short non-religious havdalah ceremony and pizza dinner. The event will be held at the Bothwell Center, 2466 8th St. in Livermore. Please call 925 485 1049 or e-mail CulturalJews to let us know you are coming. We’ll have information about Tri-Valley Cultural Jews and Jewish Culture School, and you can meet some families and chat informally about our community. Jewish Culture School is open to kids 5-14 from families of all backgrounds. Non-traditional families are welcome.
