Date: Tuesday, October 11, 2011 Time: 8:00 PM The world-renowned singers of sacred, contemporary music have spent the last 21 years introducing millions of Westerners to the beauty and power of Sanskrit mantras. As with all their music, Deva and Miten's mission is the creation of the sacred; music born out of meditation with a longing to nourish and enhance the experience of the silent, peaceful, blissful space within people. Seeing their music as a spiritual practice, it transcends the concept of "entertainment," inviting the listener into realms beyond the concerns of daily life into a deep sense of inner peace.
Their newest release, Password, marks an exciting new direction in their unique blending of East and West, embedding the extraordinary energy carried by ancient mantras into a rich fusion of sound and silence.
