Learn how to become a craft brewer at a beer-making workshop on Sunday, May 19 from 1-2:30pm at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Randy Baril of Homebrew Emporium will teach you how to brew beer at home, what equipment you need, how to properly sanitize, how to set up your brewing area, proper bottling and the difference between basic beer styles.
