Join us for a serene and empowering mindful movement session led by Sarit Sela, combining the joyful expression of Nia with the meditative flow of SloMo. Offered in accompaniment to the Serenity~Art in Meditation exhibition at the Thomas Center gallery.

This all-levels session includes grounding breathwork, slowflow movement, and closing seated meditation.

No experience necessary, just wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to move with or without shoes. Come as you are. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and uplifted.
