July 12–October 7 Ruby Gallery Admission: Free This exhibition features more than 50 paintings, weavings, ceramics, multimedia works and texts created by L.A. GOAL artists. A nonprofit agency for adults with developmental disabilities, L.A. GOAL provides a variety of programs designed to encourage independence and feelings of self-worth, including job training, counseling, fitness activities, music, drama and art classes. It also educates the community about the abilities of people with developmental disabilities and works to break down the barriers that separate them from society.
