Daily Aug 6 - Aug 10 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM $215.00 Member $225.00 Public Rswimcamp1 Come join us for a fun-filled high intensity aquatic workout. Spend time refining flip-turns, strokes and learning the basics of a "dry land" workout. This camp is perfect for children who are currently participating on swim teams or who wish to join a swim team in the fall. Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards free with rotary breathing as well as 50 yards backstroke. Sample Schedule: 4:00 – 4:10 Meet and Greet 4:10 – 4:25 Stretch/Stretching Games 4:25 – 4:50 Outdoor conditioning/Change/Snack/Understanding a workout 4:50 – 5:55 Swim Workout 5:55 – 6:00 Debrief workout Age Requirement: Grades 3 - 7
