Sun, Aug 12 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Mt. Tam Meet at Mountain Home Inn Parking Lot, Mill Valley For individuals who regularly hike between 4 -7 miles; hikes may be rigorous due to elevation changes. The hikes will increase in intensity over the months. Bring backpack with sufficient food & water, sunblock and hat. Be sure to wear hiking boots/trail running shoes, and dress in layers.
