Hineni Heritage Center celebrates the eternity of the Jewish people and invites you to participate in the most awesome mitzvah – The completion and dedication of a Sefer Torah - Sunday, September 9, 2007 - 20 Elul, 5767 The Torah scroll, written in accordance with the Sephardic tradition is dedicated through the generosity of our dear friends Debbi & Jimmy Lustig and will be presented as a gift to our brethren at the Hineni Center in Jerusalem. The Reception will begin at 4:30 p.m. with the writing of the concluding letters of the Torah scroll at the home of Alison & Jack Schneider - 10 East 75th Street -(between Fifth and Madison) New York. At 5:30 p.m. the completed Torah will proceed down Park Avenue accompanied by song and dance to the Edmond J. Safra
