Alex Grobman The United States finds itself increasingly pitted against the United Nations over numerous issues, including Israel and the battle against terrorism. Scholar Alex Grobman offers a detailed look at the UN and its relationship with Israel from the time when the global body helped form the Jewish state to what now seems like the world body’s attempts to de-legitimize it.
Dr. Alex Grobman is a historian of contemporary Jewish history with an MA and PhD from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is president of the Institute of Contemporary Jewish Life, a think tank that deals with historical and contemporary issues affecting the Jewish community, and a former director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles. His most recent book is Nations United: How the UN Undermines Israel and the West.
