Modern Dance for the Older Dancer First Session

Regain flexibility, strength and articulation through the poetry of the body. This modified dance class for the older dancer combines vocabulary from classical and modern dance with contemporary release-based work. The Dance for Life program is designed to individualize dance and movement study for movers and boomers seeking positive and lasting change in their bodies. There is something for everyone wanting to develop a healthy, lifelong relationship with their body and its individual needs. Registration is for the full semester only. Ten-, five- and single-class cards are not valid for Dance for Life classes except for one-time trial classes.
