Weiss, author of Converting to Judaism - Choosing to be Chosen: Personal Stories will lead a comprehensive study program, utilizing textual materials that deal with Jewish history, law and rituals to guide your way into becoming an active participant in Jewish life and community. This course provides an overview of the Bible, Shabbat ritual and observances, how to observe kashrut (keeping kosher) and the Jewish laws of death and mourning.
