Spring Lake Beach/Sea Girt Lighthouse and St. Stephen's Green Publick House Sun Jun 06 10:00AM 2010 RSVP on Meetup. We will be meeting at the Spring Lake Railroad Station, Railroad Plaza at Warren Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ 07762 at 10:00. From there, we will go to the beach. The beach fee is $8. At 2:00, we will take a tour of the Sea Girt Lighthouse, 9 Ocean Avenue & Beacon Blvd., Sea Girt, NJ 08750, 732-974-0514, www.t-nj. or www./light.?ID=375.
After our lighthouse tour, we will walk the 2 mile boardwalk and blacktop walkway through Manasquan, Sea Girt, Spring Lake Heights, Spring Lake and Lake Como. Around 6:00, we will have dinner and listen to live traditional Irish music at St. Stephen's Green Publick House, 2031 Route 71, Spring Lake Heights, NJ, 07762, 732-449-2626, ststephensgreenpub.com.
Come for as much of the day as you want. Bring water, lunch, sunglasses, swimsuit and sunscreen. This is a kid friendly activity. There is public transportation from NY Penn Station. Take the Sky Blue North Jersey Coast Line to Spring Lake and we will meet you there. THERE IS A $5 UNPAID MEMBER FEE.
