Sun Jul 18 9:30AM 2010 RSVP on Meetup. We will meet at 9:30 at 112th Street & 2nd Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247, www.-harbor./Bird-Sanctuary/Site/Introduction.l, 609-368-7447 for a bird sanctuary tour alond Holly Path.
At 11:30, we will meet at Pirate Island Golf, 27th Street & Dune Drive, Avalon, NJ 08202, 609-368-8344, www.PirateIslandGolf.com. The course is 18 holes. In 1997-2001 and 2006 and 2007, Pirate Island Mini Golf won the Best of the Shore Miniature Golf Courses by Atlantic City Magazine. I have coupons for $1 off for up to 48 people from the Entertainment Guide. The cost is $9 before 6pm and $10 after 6pm.
Around 1:00, we will go to the beach and walk the walkway between Avalon and Stone Harbor. The beach fee is $6.
At 6:30, we will go to the Blueberry Festival at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 93rd Street & 3rd Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247. Afterwards, we will meet for dinner on the outdoor deck at Tridi-Jo's Italian Restaurant, 206 97th Street, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247, 609-368-1303, www.tridijos.com. After dinner, we will walk to Tee Time Miniature Golf, 224 96th Street, Stone Harbor, NJ, 08247, 609-967-5574.
Come for as much of the day as you want. If you are coming for only part of the day, please let me know when to expect you. Pack a picnic lunch, water, binoculars, sunscreen, sunglasses and towel. Wear a swimsuit. This is a kid friendly event. THERE IS A $5 FEE FOR UNPAID MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS.
