Anthony Bourdain is the author of the the best seller Kitchen Confidential and A Cook's Tour, as well as a new book Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook.
He is the host of the popular television show No Reservations. David Chang is the co-owner and head chef of the Momofuku restaurants in New York City. Chang and his restaurants have won numerous James Beard awards including, most recently, Best New Restaurant for Momofuku Ko.
