Congregation Beth Judea presents A Jewish Musical Celebration-Season of Joy (Mi Shenichnas Adar) on Saturday, Feb. 5, beginning at 6:30 PM. The program will feature Ilana Axel, cantorial soloist at Congregation Beth Tikvah in Hoffman Estates; Nancy Landsman, cantorail soloist at Am Shalom in Glencoe; Hazzan Arnold Schultz, canto emeritus at Congregation Beth Am in Buffalo Grove; and Hazzan Roger Weisberg, cantor at Congregation Beth Judea in long Grove. Diana Lawrence will be providing piano/keyboard accompaniment. The Beth Judea children's choir, the Meshorerim, under the direction of Deborah Shub, will also perform.
