Directed by Frank Stiefel (40 min, US, 2010) The remarkable story of Ingelore Herz Honigstein, who was born deaf in 1924 to Jewish parents in Germany. At the age of 13 her childhood was interrupted by the rise of the Third Reich. Mixed with re-enacted drama and archival footage, Honigstein retells her tale in spoken English and ASL.
