Recently named the #2 best band in Portland, the massive, twelve-piece multi-instrumental indie-pop-rock collective makes music that’s fun and full of energy, but also genuinely thoughtful. Now riding a wave of buzz from SXSW, as well as rave reviews from the likes of NPR and Esquire, the group heads out to play at some of this summer’s hottest festivals. Fresh off of the release of their newest album, A New Kind of House, Typhoon comes to our Downstairs stage this summer.

Admission: Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 the day of the event, and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com, by calling 800.745.3000 800.745.3000 , or visiting Sixth & I Monday - Friday between Noon – 3:00 pm ($1.00 fee per ticket for Sixth & I Box Office purchases). On the night of the event, will-call and ticket sales will end at 10:00 pm. No one will be permitted to enter the event after that time. All seating is general admission. Doors open at 7:00 pm.
