A basketball clinic for children in grades K-5 will be held at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton (333 Nahanton Street) on Friday, November 11 from 9am-3pm, as part of the JCC’s Veteran’s Day school vacation program. The clinic will focus on team concepts, fundamental skills and improving self-confidence. Children will work on developing shooting, dribbling, passing and defensive skills while engaging in games with children of similar age and ability. Cost is $95.
