Chris O’Brien, author of the book, Fermenting Revolution: How to Drink Beer and Save the World, will lead a “tutored tasting” of beers that not only taste great, but have been brewed in ways that support their surrounding communities, as well as the environment. Featuring the wintry offerings of some of the area’s best local breweries, including DC Brau Brewing Company, Lost Rhino Brewing Company, Flying Dog Brewery, Baying Hound Aleworks, Port City Brewing, and Chocolate City Beer. Admission: Tickets are $20 in advance, $23 on the day of the event, and include one FREE Sixth & I pint glass.
