Beth Shir Shalom Temple invites the public to its annual second night Community Passover Sedar on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 6:00 pm. A longstanding Beth Shir Shalom tradition, the Community Sedar is an opportunity for neighbors to join the temple's extended family; enjoy a full-course, homemade traditional Passover dinner; participate in meaningful holiday rituals; see old friends and make new ones.
"At a time when we celebrate the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt, we invite the public to our Community Sedar to join us in remembering and committing ourselves to the task of freedom for everyone," says Beth Shir Shalom Rabbi Neil Comess-Daniels
The cost of the Community Passover Sedar is $45.00 for Beth Shir Shalom members and $60.00 for non-members. Childcare is free with reservations. To learn about special prices for children and seniors and to make reservations, please call 310-453-3361 or visit www.bethshirshalom.org.
