How do we live and celebrate our Jewishness? Through prayer and ritual? Social action? Intellectual debate? Bagels and lox and book clubs? What will be the Jewish heritage we pass on to the future?Faculty: Rabbi Adam Chalom, Dean, North America, of The International Institute for Secular Humanistic Judaism and rabbi of Kol Hadash Humanistic Congregation in suburban Chicago, Illinois. He holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew and Jewish Studies from the University of Michigan. Sessions are held at the 14th St. Y (344 E. 14th St.) and SAJ (15 West 86th St. in Manhattan. Shabbat is free.
