On Sunday, November 10, experiment with the art of mosaic and transform glass and ceramic tiles into a designer quality chanukiah that will last a lifetime. Feel free to bring small, personal items (jewelry, watch parts, broken china, etc.) to incorporate with other materials. Projects will be finished for Chanukah. Held at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton from 10am-12pm. Space limited. Cost is $35 (includes materials). JCC member cost is $25 (includes materials). Walk-ins will be an additional $5. Geared for families with children ages five and up, children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration not required.
