Learn the Israeli version of contact combat known as Krav Maga in a ten-week self defense class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Classes are offered on Wednesdays, January 15-March 26 from 7:30-8:30pm. Participants will learn unarmed self defense techniques against common attacks and assaults using the body’s natural instincts and reflexes. No experience necessary. Cost is $300.
