Krav Maga ('contact combat' in Hebrew) is a system of self-defense taught by the Israeli Defense Forces but adapted for a civilian setting. Learn effective self-defense techniques in a ten-week class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Thursdays, June 25-August 27 from 8-9pm.
