The Center for Jewish Living and Learning presents ED Night, an evening to honor our teachers on Sunday, May 6, 2007. This new event will allow us to gather together as a community to honor those who teach at our day schools, congregational religious schools, preschools, and Midrasha community high schools across the Greater East Bay. Join us as we listen to a keynote address by Rabbi Lawrence Kushner and present the Shomrei ha'Kabbalah award to Ernest Alexander, whose commitment to Jewish education is exemplified by his thirty-five years of service on CJLL's Va'ad Education Committee and two terms as Va'ad President.
